Argae Hall B Clinch Promotion to Premiership: Bettws B Second

Bettws B will have to wait at least another year before rejoining the Premier League after demotion at the end of 2005/06. They were pipped by just one point following Argae B's win at home to Cambrian A, 8-2. Congratulations to John Roberts' Argae B side, and welcome to the Premiership for next season. At the Dolau, the home side showed they really wanted to win, bringing in old boys, Russ Evans and Nigel Roberts, but Alan Walker's side were in no mood to concede and won well, 7-3, nearly ending Dolau skipper, Barry Owen's Player of the Year hopes at the same time as he lost twice.

The Squashed Grapes collect third place, and they will be a force to be reckoned with next year, after winning 9-1 at Buck B. 4th spot goes to the Dolau and 5th to Shuttle Flyers who drew against New Inn A, enough for them to get 6th, whilst Horse & Jockey beat Monty Squad 7-3 to get 7th.
